Is there a free tier?
Yes. Every new account starts with 1 free credit, no credit card required. After that, choose a one-time credit pack or the monthly plan.
How do credit packs work? Do they expire?
The Single Scan, Starter Pack and Pro Pack are one-time purchases: buy once and use the credits whenever you like. Credits never expire. Pro Monthly instead renews 500 credits automatically every month for continuous monitoring.
Can I use my own API key to get AI-written fixes?
Yes. Smart Fix's built-in templates cost nothing extra. For AI-written fixes and chat, connect your own Claude, OpenAI or Gemini key: you pay your provider's rates directly and we add no markup.
