Figma Design Accessibility Plugin

Catch accessibility issues before a single line of code is written. Select a layer in Figma and get WCAG contrast and target-size checks instantly, with nothing to upload and no API token.

Color Contrast

WCAG AA/AAA contrast math with alpha-compositing for semi-transparent fills. It walks up parent frames to find the true background, using the same formula as the web scanner.

Target Size (WCAG 2.5.8)

Flags interactive elements (nodes with a prototype click or tap reaction) under the 24×24px minimum.

Select a layer in Figma. Results update live as your selection changes.

Not on the Figma Community marketplace yet. The plugin works fully, but a marketplace listing hasn't been published yet. Install it from source using the steps below in the meantime.

Install from source

  1. 1

    Download the source

Clone the AccessiSight repository (or download the packages/figma-plugin folder) to your computer.

  2. 2

    Open Figma's plugin development menu

In the Figma desktop app, go to Menu → Plugins → Development → Import plugin from manifest…

  3. 3

    Select the manifest

Choose the manifest.json file inside the packages/figma-plugin folder you downloaded.

  4. 4

    Run it on a selection

Select any text or interactive layer(s) in your file, then run AccessiSight from Plugins → Development. Issues appear instantly as you change your selection.
