Nebraska Information Technology Commission Technical Standards and Guidelines 2-101: Accessibility policy
Nebraska policy for state agencies: information and communication technology they procure, develop, maintain or use must conform to the Revised Section 508 Standards (with Nebraska changes for existing ICT, public-safety systems and contracts), and their web content and mobile apps must meet the federal ADA Title II web rule (28 CFR Part 35 Subpart H), which requires WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
