RS Uredba 104/2018Serbia
Law on Electronic Government (Art. 28) and Decree on the requirements for public bodies’ websites (Sl. glasnik RS 104/2018)
Serbian rules requiring public bodies’ websites to be accessible to persons with disabilities: the Decree lists 14 required features (keyboard navigation, text alternatives, text resizing, captions or transcripts, high contrast, accessible forms and CAPTCHA, an accessibility page) without naming WCAG. The law requires accessibility but names no WCAG version or level; this profile uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA, the current version, as a benchmark. Meeting it is strong evidence of accessibility but is not, by itself, legal compliance.
