Kansas ITEC Policy 1210-P Information and Communication Technology Accessibility (Rev. 4)
Kansas policy (K.S.A. 75-7203) for all executive-branch agencies, effective 24 April 2025: ICT must conform to WCAG 2.1 Levels A and AA, the Revised Section 508 Standards and the ADA Title II rule. The legislative and judicial branches are encouraged to follow it.
