Circular 26/2020/TT-BTTTT on information technology application standards for state agencies
Vietnamese circular (in force 1 January 2021) that makes WCAG 1.0 mandatory for the websites, portals and public-service portals of state agencies and press agencies, and recommends WCAG 2.0 and WCAG 2.1. The scanner does not test WCAG 1.0; this profile uses WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the version the circular recommends.
