Decreto 406/022 de accesibilidad digital (Ley 19.924, art. 88)
Uruguayan decree requiring state bodies, departmental governments and non-state public entities to meet WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA plus seven Level AAA criteria (1.4.6, 1.4.8, 2.2.6, 2.4.8, 2.4.10, 2.5.5, 3.2.5). This profile reports WCAG 2.1 AA and those seven; the scanner has no automated check for 2.2.6 or 2.4.8, so review them by hand.
