Hawaii Electronic Information Technology Disability Access Standards (Act 172, SLH 2022)
Hawaii standards under Act 172 (2022) for all state entities, including the legislature, the judiciary, public schools and the University of Hawaii: electronic information technology shall conform to WCAG 2.1 Levels A and AA and Section 508, or a later version adopted by the US Access Board or DOJ.
