California Government Code §11546.7 (AB 434)

California law requiring state agencies and entities to make websites conform to WCAG 2.0 Level AA or a subsequent version and to Section 508, with a signed certification posted on the homepage every two years. CDT guidance points agencies to WCAG 2.1 and, after 1 July 2025, WCAG 2.2 - pick a later version in the profile to match it.
