CL Decreto 1/2015Chile

Decreto 1/2015 SEGPRES (Norma técnica para sitios web del Estado), Art. 5, with Ley 20.422

Chilean technical rule for the websites of State Administration bodies, requiring them to apply international accessibility guidelines, including the standards defined by the W3C, under the disability-inclusion law (Ley 20.422). The law requires accessibility but names no WCAG version or level; this profile uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA, the current version, as a benchmark. Meeting it is strong evidence of accessibility but is not, by itself, legal compliance.
