Disability Discrimination Act

Makes disability discrimination unlawful, including in digital goods and services. The AHRC's 2025 Guidelines on equal access to digital goods and services recommend WCAG 2.2 AA (guidance, not a legal requirement); Australian Government ICT procurement follows AS EN 301 549.
