Massachusetts Executive Department policy (M.G.L. c. 7D s.3, Executive Order 614) requiring WCAG 2.1 or later at Levels A and AA for websites, web and desktop software, mobile apps, AI products, documents, social media and multimedia, with ATAG 2.0 for authoring tools. It prohibits accessibility overlays.
