MY Pekeliling 1/2025Malaysia

Pekeliling Pendigitalan Perkhidmatan Awam Bil. 1 Tahun 2025 - Pengurusan Portal/Laman Web Agensi Sektor Awam

Malaysian circular for public-sector agency portals and websites, in force from August 2025: portals must include W3C accessibility features for people with disabilities and are encouraged to follow the latest WCAG, without naming a version. The law requires accessibility but names no WCAG version or level; this profile uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA, the current version, as a benchmark. Meeting it is strong evidence of accessibility but is not, by itself, legal compliance.
