NO Forskrift universell utforming IKTNorway

Forskrift om universell utforming av informasjons- og kommunikasjonsteknologiske (IKT)-løsninger

Norwegian regulation under the Equality and Anti-Discrimination Act. It applies to public AND private organisations: private businesses must meet WCAG 2.0 AA (35 criteria), public bodies WCAG 2.1 AA (48 criteria) plus an accessibility statement. Uutilsynet supervises and can impose daily fines. The European Accessibility Act has not yet been transposed in Norway. Choose WCAG 2.0 in the profile for a private-sector client.
