Qatar National e-Accessibility Policy (2011) and MCIT Government Website and e-Services Framework (F001)
Qatar’s national e-accessibility policy makes WCAG 2.0 Level AA the reference standard; public-sector websites providing public information and services must meet it (new sites from 2013, existing sites from 2015), and MCIT’s F001 framework makes it mandatory for all .gov.qa sites. The private sector is encouraged to follow it.
