Utah Admin. Code R895-14: Access to Information Technology for Users with Disabilities

Utah administrative rule for executive-branch agencies under the state CIO: agency websites, procured hardware and software, and employee information systems created after 1 June 2015 must conform at minimum to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and vendors building them must comply too. Systems deployed before that date need reasonable efforts or an alternative means of access.
