Virginia law for state agencies, public school divisions, public higher education and political subdivisions: ICT must conform to the accessibility requirements of 28 C.F.R. 35.200 (the ADA Title II rule, WCAG 2.1 AA) and the Section 508 / 255 standards. VITA’s EA-225 web standard is derived from WCAG 2 Level AA.
