Ustawa o dostępności cyfrowej (Digital Accessibility Act)

Polish law requiring public entities’ websites and mobile apps to meet WCAG 2.1 AA and publish an accessibility declaration. Private-sector products and services fall under the Act of 26 April 2024 (Dz.U. 2024 poz. 731), Poland’s transposition of the European Accessibility Act, applying from 28 June 2025.
