French accessibility standard (RGAA 4.1.2) for public-sector websites and large companies (turnover of €250 million or more). Extends WCAG 2.1 AA with a test methodology. Fines of up to €50,000 per non-compliant service and €25,000 for a missing accessibility statement or multi-year plan (Law 2005-102, art. 47-1).
